Roshen keeps the IT project on production in Lipetsk

On March 5, 2014 the SONET company announced completion of works in the first stage of the complex project of creation of the IT and engineering systems of the distribution center of Confectionery Corporation ROSHEN in the Lipetsk region.

Project Tasks

Construction of the distribution center of class "A" in the Lipetsk region is the first stage of the project directed to expansion of production and logistic facilities of Confectionery Corporation ROSHEN in Russia.

Project Progress

Design, installation and adjustment of the IT and engineering systems of the distribution center are carried out to the period from February to June, 2013.

The solution ensures effective and safe functioning of all divisions of the distribution center. The project, covers the majority of the existing IT, telecom and engineering systems of the enterprise.

Project Results

The SONET company completed the complex project of creation of IT infrastructure, security systems and a corporate telephone system of the distribution center of class "A" of Confectionery Corporation ROSHEN in the village of Kosyrevka of the Lipetsk region.

Within the project are implemented:

• data transmission system (DTS), SCS, fiber-optic communication line, Wi-Fi,
• circuit of telecommunication technology grounding,
• server framework,
• system of IP video surveillance,
• access control control system,
• security alarm,
• corporate telephone system,
• the system of the guaranteed power supply.

A server system on the BladeSystem c7000 HP platform will provide the necessary processing speed of transactions of the production and logistic center and will help with creation of a failsafe system.

The system of IP video surveillance (for launch of the distribution center - 112 cameras Beward) (at start of the second queue the project provides increase in number of cameras up to 800 pieces) different modifications, uses the convergent SPD created by specialists SONET and also capacities of a server system. Accounting of current trends in convergence and also application of a progressive hardware-software complex of "SecurOS" on the Premium platform of ISS company does an installed system of IP video surveillance highly productive, functional and scalable.

The control system of access control is provided by tourniquets of Perco company, structural and executive elements of Apollo company. The software of the ACS is implemented based on the software package LyriX. The used software and hardware solution provides integration of the ACS with a security alarm.

Corporate telephone communication is executed on the basis of the hybrid solution. For the organization of internal mobile communication in the territory of the enterprise the convergent solution using Wi-Fi guaranteeing internal roaming in Wi-fi networks, uninterrupted operation of data transmission and stability of a voice signal is used.

Alexey Malyshev, the CEO SONET, noted: "It is difficult to revaluate practical benefits for SONET of participation in so large-scale project. The scale of this project can be estimated on the example of only one video surveillance system. The number of the cameras planned for implementation after start of the second queue of 800 pieces – practically, are the Safe City project for the million plus city.
