Leninets plant trains HR specialists in work with profile software

On March 5, 2014 the company announced the First BIT in St. Petersburg completion of training of staff of human resource department in Leninets Plant scientific and technological center.

Project Tasks

The priority task of plant's management, in 2013 represented improvement existing and development of new HR processes. Qualitative indexes and orientation to increase in efficiency of staff of the enterprise came under the spotlight.

In 2013 upon transition to the new version of the program 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP was required training of staff of service of human resource department. For these purposes specialists of the First BIT developed a detailed training course.

The course program is directed to the solution of the main objectives of HR service:

• Human resources planning and search of personnel;
• Actions for adaptation and dismissal of employees;
• Training and certification of personnel;
• Design of labor relations;
• Registration of personnel and working time;
• Motivation of employees and providing privileges.

Project Progress

Within the project of training functionality 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP, specific examples of the organization of HR processes using the program is considered. It allowed to see interrelation between different system modules.
