"Prestige" automates the customer accounting

On March 6, 2014 The First BIT company announced the project of automation of network of Prestizh mini-hotels which is carried out at the beginning of 2013.

Project Tasks

Before start of the project the management of mini-hotels purchased other solution for management of the number of rooms, however support of the software product by selling company was not carried out.

As a result of negotiations with specialists of the First BIT, the customer made the decision on transition to BIT. Hotel 8 (Prof version).

Project Tasks:

• creation of a single system of network management of hotels;
• development of a flexible booking system with direct sending a booking confirmation for e-mail of the guest;
• system implementation of control over activity of all services of hotel.

Project Progress

BIT program. Hotel 8 it is set on five jobs, tuning is performed and training of employees is organized.

Project Results

In March, 2013 the management system for hotel is started up in operation in hotel on Gorokhova St., in September, 2013 – on Vasilyevsky Island.

Results:

• Considerably the procedure of armoring, settling and calculation of clients became simpler;
• Transparent control of loading of hotel and work of personnel;
• Possibility of control of hotels in one base.
