Leto Bank implements the system of a video conferencing

On March 6, 2014 it became known - Leto Bank transferred the visual communication system developed and implemented by Mind company to commercial operation.

Main objective of implementation of VIDEOCONFERENCING services at Summer of Bank - need to optimize communications with the regional regional centers: accelerate process of acceptance of urgent management decisions, lower time and material costs on official journeys, increase quality of interaction owing to effect of "personal presence".

Project Progress

The solution Mind is selected as the most optimal for Summer of Bank according to the results of tender. As key advantages simplicity and convenience of the interface, a possibility of use of service on mobile devices are mentioned connection to a system via the browser.

Project Results

Leto Bank was created in 2012, and already today the bank functions in seven federal districts of the country. In 2014 Leto Bank is not going to reduce rates of development, and at the end of 2015 in the country not less than one thousand client centers will already work, and millions of citizens of the Russian Federation will use services of bank. For achievement of this purpose we should organize many internal bank processes at the highest level. Taking into account scales of our presence and rates of development, it is extremely important to us to convey timely information to regional employees quickly to resolve all arising issues, irrespective of remoteness from head office.
