On March 4, 2014 the Acronis company provided Acronis Access - a system which helps to turn any tablet or the smartphone into mobile office, by means of consolidation on one platform of solutions on mobile content management with opportunities of safe data exchange and file synchronization between different devices.

Description

Acronis Access is created taking into account specific requirements of IT departments of the companies requiring confidentiality of service data. The new product helps to create a controlled data exchange system between mobile devices in the company and beyond its limits, meeting corporate standards and the requirements of the legislation for data protection.

The Acronis Access system includes AnyData technology (development of Acronis), it is established on the equipment of customer organization and corporate data are completely controlled by IT department of the company. According to developers, similar approach gives to IT specialists an opportunity of additional setup of a system to needs of each specific worker. End users get an information access through the corporate file servers, NAS and SharePoint, own computers, notebooks and mobile devices, can share information with colleagues and external partners.

On November 27, 2014 the Acronis company announced a release of the new version of a product for remote access, synchronization and joint work with data for small and medium business of Acronis Access 7. At the same time there was a version of Acronis Access Advanced 7 – for large corporations.

The new product Acronis Access 7 is created taking into account the need of modern business for work with data by means of personal and corporate mobile devices of employees.
