Task
In 2012 there was a need to include "Chelyabenergoremont" in the common information space of Fortum group organized in SAP ERP. Integration of activity of "Chelyabenergoremont" into a uniform information circuit of JSC Fortum, unification of the majority of business processes and increase in transparency of business became key project tasks that was one of priorities for parent company.
Solution
Work on the project started in September, 2012 and took place in several stages, including preproject assessment of implementation, setup of a system and input of a new organization unit in commercial operation in the general CIS of JSC Fortum.
Result
SAP ERP technologies allowed to automate operation of the financial and economic block, the management and engineers of separate workshops, services of personnel, sales office and supply. In total specialists of Optima Services Ural created more than 60 new user places.
