Updating of functionality Personnel recruitment to the version of EHP5
Project Description:
- Automatic execution of all procedures of competitive candidate screen;
- Independent registration of candidates for vacancies;
- Creation and approval of the request for selection;
- Single database of candidates;
- Purpose of actions for candidates;
- Mailing of information messages to participants of process of selection;
- Implementation of access of regional HR;
- Integration with Lotus Notes regarding transfer to SAP (PHR) of the e-mail addresses of employees;
- Completion of analytical reports;
- Integration with the websites on selection and the internal portal;
- Placement of the declaration created on the basis of the request on several resources. A possibility of export by the filled candidate on an external resource (the website of the company) of the Questionnaire (the curriculum vitae of the applicant structured according to internal requirements) for a System;
- The built-in mechanism of development of questionnaires and questionnaires with a possibility of maintaining base of templates;
- Maintaining base (including archive) candidates. Possibility of a task of terms, information volume and other parameters of storage. Placement in the System of archive of files of the .doc format.;
- The notification of participants of process by e-mail and/or means of SAP;
- The mechanism of delegation by the head of powers on work with the request is implemented;
- Report generation. A possibility of flexible determination of fields for the choice and data output in the report.

- Finishing a format of functionality of a system for external applicants to compliance to requirements of a brendbuk.

- Increase in quantity of the vacancies closed by the specialist of selection;
- Reduction of time for accomplishment of a cycle of operations on selection (formation of the publication, holding actions, employment);
