On March 13, 2014, it became known about the completion of the project of combining territorial bodies and the central office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia into a single protected multi-service network. The network includes 83 branches of the organization. The project was implemented by CROC.

Project progress

"Now the network operates in 24x7 mode, the speed of interaction of employees has noticeably increased, and it does not matter where they are, at the workplace in one of the branches, FAS or on a business trip. We no longer remember the time when a particular territorial body was unavailable from an hour to several days. In addition, IP-telephony she made free communication between employees from different parts of our country. The project is based on the solutions of IP telephony and unified communications of the company: Avaya most of the FAS employees throughout Russia received IP phones and modern communication services that allow them to receive calls to a work number, even while at the airport.

Cisco Systems equipment is used to route traffic and switch the modernized network. The project also uses HP and Extreme Networks equipment.
