The finance department of the Tyumen region automates consolidation of the budget reporting

On March 13, 2014 the Parus company announced plans of Finance department of the Tyumen region to consolidate financial statements of district organizations of the South of the Tyumen region on the basis of the software solution "Parus there is a Budget reporting. Web".

Project Tasks

Implementing solution project implementation "Parus is the Budget reporting. Web" will help to reduce housekeeping overheads of the centers of accounting and service maintenance of geographically distributed network, to strengthen control of process of submission of reports by the organizations subordinated to Finance department of the Tyumen region.

Managers budget ^[1] and organizations subordinated to them always sent the reporting to the system placed on the server of the center of accounting of Finance department of the Tyumen region in offline mode.

Separate RBS had own centers of accounting on a basis "Parus there is a Budget reporting" and also used solution offline version.

After project completion to RBS and organizations of the South of the area advantages of the Web version and a possibility of the centralized delivery of annual financial statements will become available to all.

Project Progress

The project participant - IT Asset already completed setup and connection of 60% of organizations of regions of the South of the Tyumen region to the uniform Web server. Until the end of 2014 it is going to connect areas which still work at platforms of own centers of accounting.
