The 1C-KPD company carried out implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 software product to JSC Komponent Plant (city of Zelenograd).
Works were carried out at the beginning of 2010.
As a result: at first pilot implementation which showed that functionality of a product suits the Customer was carried out; then a system was brought into commercial operation; 70 jobs are automated; business process Approval for work with agreements is used; printed form of Liszt of approval is created; setup of exchange between 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management and 1C: Document Flow regarding exchange of requests for providing materials requirements is finished (The request is created in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, then it is transferred to 1C: Document Flow where it is approved, and the result of approval is transferred back in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management); accounting of documents on several organizations is organized; training and consultations on setup of access rights is provided; the client-server option of work is configured (files are stored in separate file volume).
