• the NSI setup (normative reference information) is made;

• document types, agreement types, document templates are configured;
• users of a system are trained.

Nival company – the international developer and the publisher online of games with long-term experience of creation of strategy and works on online the market of Russia. For automation of office-work the solution "1C: Document Flow 8" was selected. When choosing a product also other EDMS was considered, but the choice was obsuslovlen that in the organization solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform are already used and it is possible to apply already available licenses of the platform. System implementation purpose: preparation of agreements, approval of agreements in a system, storage and fast search.

Implementation was carried out on project technology, examination of business processes of document flow was initially conducted, the structure of the nomenclature of affairs, structure of document storage is defined, roles and groups of access, an organization structure are defined. After determination of requirements the model of working base was configured.

In a work progress the section of NSI is configured, document types belonging to contract activities are entered, templates of agreements are configured, routes of approval of agreements are configured, user rights, including on legal entities of the company are differentiated, control of performance of agreements, control of payments under agreements, automatic reminders to users about dates of the expiration of agreements and terms of payments, reports on agreements and completion dates is configured.

As a result of works activity of legal department of the company was automated. Agreements are stored in the unified information system, it accelerates search of the necessary document. Processes of approval of agreements therefore the general time of approval was reduced are automated, the transparency of process increased, also now the initiator of approval can define the status of the document at any time.
