On March 22, 2014 the company MT Group announced Promintel the common information space operating in Group EDMS DIRECTUM.

Project Tasks

The seasonality of business causes the avalanche nature of transactions which providing generates high intensity of processes of approval of agreements and accounts for payment. For optimization and streamlining it was represented important - to provide online access to information from the most remote areas of the republic.

Main objective of system implementation of electronic document management - increase in transparency and controllability of business by means of acceleration of document handling and reduction of risk of their losses. An important task - the organization of planning and the organization of marketing efforts. For quality improvement of carrying out and execution of solutions on meetings it is necessary to automate process of approval of the agenda and protocol, as well as control of execution of instructions.

After studying of the existing offers in the market of ECM systems, the customer selected the DIRECTUM system - it in the best way met the stated requirements, provided ready-made business and technical solutions for all processes. The implementation project was implemented by MT Group company.

Project Progress

Implementation was carried out in all affiliated enterprises of group. Separate maintaining customer bases of data and nomenclature reference books on each of the companies taking into account access rights and industry completions is provided, and own specific processes characteristic of each subsidiary company are also implemented.

  • integration about 1C:Enterprise 8 is carried out;

Remote about use of a system by means of iPad tablets helps the management of the companies to give instructions and to control their execution, to consider and approve documents, being at meetings, in working trips and business trips across Russia and abroad. Regarding marketing a system provides a possibility of planning and holding different marketing campaigns and also personal mailings, customer segmentation by different criteria, the analysis of interaction with them from the first contact and before formation of new partnership. The efficiency and controllability of business increased.

  • Each subsidiary Promintel company Group has the specifics in the field of sales and customer service. Implementation EDMS DIRECTUM allowed to arrange a large number of agreements and invoices for payment. Provided easy access and search of all documents, and also helped to differentiate all documents on divisions. At the moment the company management quickly considers and signs documents, even being in working trips out of Russia.

For March 22, 2014 in a system more than 120 users work.
