The electronic lawyer - Internet service - examination of any business agreements online.

On March 25, 2014 the IT company announced start on the portal of Aktion media group of the innovation service - examinations of agreements online.

Description

"Cloud" service is created on the basis of the solution of IT company. A new system will help during the work with legal documents, will unload legal services from routine work.

During the joint project of the company "Aktion" also IT developed service of fast verification of agreements (https://dogovor.1jur.ru/), it considerably simplifies process of conducting legal examination and reduces its terms, executing routine transactions and reducing costs of working time.

Service is integrated into Lawyer System (the solution of the Aktion media group) and uses as the intelligent engine development of IT company – "Legal examination".

Actions in a system

Users load agreements into Lawyer System and on the screen all information in documents is displayed. A system will select links, errors and risks, will show communication of clauses of the contract with base of regulating legal documents, making active references to all regulations mentioned in the agreement.

Service will recognize bank details of the parties, will define and will check structure of the agreement. All key conditions are terms, sums of money, agreement parties, references of a procedure of payments, penalties and other provisions of the agreement, important for the lawyer, will be collected together with a possibility of convenient navigation by data. Service supports the smart search allowing to find the agreement by the name, number and details of partners.
