Logic of ECM. Legal examination

Solution "Logic of ECM. Legal examination" it is intended for automation of process of conducting examination of drafts of the regulatory legal acts (RLA), organizational and administrative documents, agreements and other documents.

2013: Release

In April, 2013 "Business Logic 2.0" IT (Civil Code), the developer ECM- the Logic of ECM systems (ex-BOSS-Referent), presented the solution "Logic of ECM. Legal examination".

A system simplifies process of conducting legal examination and reduces its terms, executing routine transactions and cardinally reducing costs of working time of the qualified lawyers.

"Logic of ECM. Legal examination" automatically, for several seconds will help to set, for example:

• Whether references to regulatory legal acts which became invalid are contained in the checked document?
• Whether is not present in the checked document of fragments of other documents whether there is no excess duplication of the regulating documentation?
• Whether there corresponds a design and structure of the document to the rules set in the organization?
• Whether there are no errors in execution of digital information in the agreement whether there correspond each other the amounts specified by digits and a copy-book whether the VAT, etc. is correctly calculated.
• A system will automatically select in the text of the document of mentioning of structural divisions of the organization and will check whether there corresponds to this list the sheet of approval of the document.

At detection in the draft document of links on external (the Russian legislation) or internal (orders, orders, instructions, regulations, protocols, etc.) legal documents a system itself will create hypertext links to them. As a result quick access to the text of a regulatory legal act or the internal organizational and administrative document will be provided to the user (and to that part, the section or article of the NPA which is mentioned in the text). Moreover, having selected any text fragment of the document, the user can use it as a full-text query to a system and to receive the list of the regulating legal documents directly related to the set legal subject.

A system will help also with conducting anti-corruption examination, having automatically checked the project of a regulatory legal act for existence in it of the so-called prohibited or indistinct combinations, i.e. words and phrases of type "has the right", "in case of need", "at the discretion of", etc.

Integration into the automation system of accounting and/or CRM system will allow to detect and correct mismatch in payment details of the organizations of partners.
