Since 2000 the System Technologies company develops and implements family of the programs "ST-Mobile trade".

"ST mobile trade" automates everything business processes of mobile trade, in particular:

• collecting of preorders (preselling), including online reservation;
• sales of goods from trucks ("trade from wheels" (Van-selling));
• merchandising;
• cash transactions;
• questioning and polls;

History

1998 the First project on automation of exit trade

• The Kaliningrad trading company "Kvest" in cooperation with the Russian representative office of Philip Morris starts project implementation on creation of an automated system of exit trade (distribution) of goods in the Kaliningrad region using Norand portable computers which are successfully used to distribution of cigarettes in Turkey.
• During implementation of an automated system of exit trade problems which call into question success of automation are detected. The solution which is initially configured on the Turkish market did not correspond to the Russian realities, did not allow to react quickly to the changing requirements from the Russian legislation, to changes in distribution business processes. The cost of the equipment was extremely high: the computer — $1900, the printer — more than $2000.

1999 own solution developments on distribution automation Are begun

• Start of a direct delivery using an automated system. In 3 months of operation the decision on failure from the Turkish system is made: sales representatives switch to paper carriers on a route, information in the corporate accounting system is brought by operators manually without necessary analytics and detailing. Data on the transactions made on Monday become available in accounting only by the Friday evening.
• The research of a possibility of use for business process automation of the new superportable computers Palm and PDA based on Windows CE is conducted. The choice is the Windows platform of CE as developing most dynamically and providing magnificent compatibility with products of Microsoft company.

2000 Creation of System Technologies IT company

• March — the decision on creation of the special working group for software development for a direct delivery based on IT department of Kvest company is made.
• June — begins construction of the new office building of 400 sq.m. for fast-growing IT department.
• August — comes to the end refining of technical specifications, selection of the equipment.
• November — enrollment of highly qualified specialists in department of developments.
• November-December — works on creation of a system are conducted. Introduction of new edition of the Tax Code results in need of more careful approach to documentary execution of all transactions of purchase and sale on a route. Negotiations with clients of trade division on a possibility of document creation since January, 2001 according to the terms set in the legislation are conducted (1 time in 5 days). The most part of clients refuses to work on the offered scheme, sales agents should make out a complete document package on each transaction on a route. Survival of a direct delivery under the threat. All command (IT specialists, managers of trade division and representatives of accounting) works without days off: Sunday — short working day which lasts "only" 8-9 hours.
• December — IT division of the trading company is selected in independent structure of Sistemnye Tekhnologii LLC.

2001 "ST Mobile Trade": an increase in labor productivity by 2.3 times

• January — to implement the plan, drivers leave at 9 a.m. and return after 10 p.m.
• On January 5 — the beginning of pilot system implementation of automation.
• On February 1 — the beginning of implementation of an automated system "ST – Mobile trade".
• On February 2 — the first agent armed with an automated workplace leaves on a route and implements the plan less than in 5 hours ("non-automated" colleagues spend for accomplishment of the plan of 11 hours)! The increase in productivity in the first day was more than 120%!
• The end of February — all 12 agents work with use of an automated workplace. Daily debugging, data validation which come to accounting base is conducted. At more than one thousand documents processed by agents on a route in a day and need to support base in current status (next day agents should leave on a route with correct data) work up to 3 o'clock in the morning becomes regulation.
• February — release "ST – Mobile trade" version 1.0.
• March — "ST – Mobile trade" is put into commercial operation. The IT company moves to the new office building.
• June — development of the system of WorkFlower for management of program projects is begun.
• August — the Kaliningrad company "System Technologies" announces the entry into the market with the automation system of trade enterprises on the basis of Pocket PC (personal digital assistants).
• July-December — completion "ST – Mobile trade", works on improvement of a server part as a result of which there is an opportunity to analyze and process data for drawing up forecasts, formations of different reports and business graphics, the solution is integrated in accounting. Over 20 programmers at the same time work on the project of automation of a direct delivery, the total quantity of specialists — participants of implementation exceeds 40 people.

2002 of 10 largest companies of the region use "ST Mobile trade"

• May — official opening of the Moscow office, creation of the second department of implementations in Moscow.
• September — begins development of the module "ST-Merchandising".
• October — is issued "ST – Mobile trade" version 2.0
• December — begins implementation of new methodology of software development from IBM company - RUP (Rational Unified Process).

2003 "ST Mobile Trade" — the best solution on WindowsCE/PocketPC

• January — according to the results of the annual Russian award Handy Mobile Awards the ST-Mobile trade complex is recognized as the best solution for automation of mobile workers on the WindowsCE/PocketPC platform in 2002.
• ST is fixed "there is a Mobile trade" version 2.2.
• February — begins development "ST – Inventory", the product using technologies of work with the barcode scanner.
• March — begins development of the module "ST-Online synchronization" providing information exchange between the CPC of the agent and the central database using GSM phone.
• April — marketing departments and sales in Moscow are created.
• June — is issued release "ST – the data exchange Server" with the converter in a text format.
• September — is started a satellite channel the Internet providing high-quality information channel of head office of the company.
• October — is issued "ST – Mobile trade" version 2.3.
• October — extends the Moscow representative office. The main objective of branch in Moscow — to increase service rate of clients, to simplify work with new clients and also to speed up marketing support and work with media.
• December — is issued "ST – Mobile trade" version 2.4. According to the PC Magazine/RE magazine "ST is Mobile trade" is recognized as the program of month.

2004 Opening of office of "System technologies" in Moscow

• February — "ST – Mobile trade" is highly appreciated by specialists at the international fair "Prodekspo-2004".
• March — the special program of development of dealer network directed to promotion "to ST – Mobile trade" in all regions of Russia and neighboring countries is announced.
• March — in the Moscow branch of the company takes the first free internal training course devoted to the hardware-software solution — the automated system of mobile trade (ASMT), for dealers and partners. There are representatives of five regions from Russia and Ukraine.
• April — the technology of fast adaptation of a system is developed for neighboring countries.
• May — — grows June the number of partners of the company: new dealers in Tver, Stavropol, Blagoveshchensk are certified.
• June — the Intel corporation selected the Kaliningrad company "BBG" (trade division of System Technologies) as an example of one of the most hi-tech and modern enterprises from Russia.
• July — is released new release of the automation system of activity of exit personnel "by ST – Mobile trade 2.5".
• August — in the Moscow branch of the company the second free training courses of dealers are organized. 15 listeners from nine companies of Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan took part in training.
• October — actively develops dealer network of the company which covers 19 areas and the regions of Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
• November — in Moscow the second office of the company was opened.
• The Moscow branch completed the third free training courses of dealers at which there were 17 listeners from thirteen companies of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan. ST is issued "there is a Mobile trade" version 2.6.
• November — the solution "ST-Mobile trade" is presented within the Mobile Workforce conference organized by the leading European manufacturer of IT products, Siemens Computers Fujitsu company.
• December — "ST – Mobile trade" is provided at a conference of Fujitsu Siemens Computers "Mobile Workforce" in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

2005 The award "Gold Meter" for the innovation implementations in the field of merchandising

• February — the new version "ST-Mobile trade 2.7" is submitted at the international fair "Prodekspo 2005".
• February — the budget version of the solution "ST-Mobile trade of Lite" is released.
• May — the System Technologies company participated in the 2nd international partner PLITONIT-2005 conference in Turkey. As the initiator of an action the German representative office "MC Bauchemie" in Russia, MC Bauchemie Russia company acted.
• August — in the Moscow division there took place the planned conference of dealers and partners.
• September — in corporate solutions of System Technologies company the information security tools developed by Infotecs company begin to be applied.
• September — an exit of new office part of the ST-Mobile trade complex - "ST – the Manager. The YEW", implemented as addition to the standard configuration "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7"
• September — the System Technologies company took part as the speaker at a seminar "PROMOTION IN RETAIL NETWORKS" within the World Food-2005 exhibition.
• September — the Eurasian Institute of Merchandising provides the certificate of the nominee of the award "Gold Meter", for the innovation implementations in the field of merchandising.
• October — ST – Mobile trade 2.8" is announced release of the new version of an automated system of mobile trade ".
• November - participation in the International food PETERFUD exhibition of 2005.

2006 The ST-Chicago complex for corporations is released

• February — opening together with the partner of "Krian-ST" of branch of the company in Ukraine. Tasks of branch are different developments for Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group and also work on external orders.
• February — a performance with the report at the "Professionals of the Industry about Problems of Production and Promotion of Drinks in the Russian Market" conference which took place within the international PRODEKSPO-2006 exhibition.
• February — is created sales department at head office in Kaliningrad.
• March — a release of the version of an automated system of mobile trade "ST – Mobile trade 2.8.4".
• May — the Intel corporation builds the advertizing campaign on the basis of the product "ST-Mobile trade". At the heart of an advertizing campaign commercial success of a polygon of Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group - Baltic Business Group company is put, success was achieved due to active use of the solution "ST-Mobile trade"
• May — took place release of a long-awaited new product "ST – Mobile trade. Chicago" for the companies and corporations having geographically distributed structure of distribution.
• May — there was a new version of an automated system of mobile trade "ST – Mobile trade 2.9", the functionality is expanded.
• May — successfully passed the seminar for dealers and partners dated for an exit of new products "by ST in the Moscow office of the company – Mobile trade. Chicago" and "ST is Mobile trade 2.9".
• July — the solution "ST-Mobile trade" is given the status "Compatibly! System of programs 1C: Enterprise".
• August — a release of the new modifed version of the product "ST-Mobile trade 2.9.2". New completions are implemented.
• September — new features of a product became available thanks to release of a new software version "to ST – the Server of data exchange of PLUS 2.0", intended for data exchange between the pocket computer (PDA) and the personal computer (PC). Effective and essentially new architecture is implemented.
• October is the Exit of the new website of System Technologies company. Together with the updated design new useful features for clients, dealers, partners and other visitors of the website were added.
• November is the End of the tender, largest in Russia, among manufacturing companies, owners of trademarks, sole distributors and also representatives of domestic or foreign manufacturer of tinned products "National professional award 'Preservation of 2006'".
• November — the Dealer network of System Technologies company reached the size in seventy participants.
• December — there Was a version of the automation system of activity of sales representatives "ST – Mobile trade 2.10". New completions are implemented.

2007 Automation of work of sales agents "Cadbury's Dirol" in Russia

• January is Opening together with ID of "Marthe Media" of the second professional national award "Frozen Goods of 2007".
• February — the System Technologies Company received the status Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, having satisfied necessary conditions for the assignment of competence "Microsoft ISV/Software Solutions-independent software developer" based on technologies of Microsoft.
• April. Automation of mobile trade of JSC Hladokombinat (Amur region) and Makros LLC (The Pskov region) is complete.
• June-July. The new version "ST-Chicago 1.4" and "ST Server of data exchange 2.0.2" is released.
• October. There is "ST - Chicago 2.0" with the built-in system of management of the MS SQL Server databases. The "HEY Enda DI ROUS" company announces the tender for automation of sales representatives and merchandisers. The optimal solution for the automated collecting of the order and merchandising considering individual requirements of completions — the ST-Chicago complex from Sistemnye tekhnologii Group is selected.
• December. The partnership agreement is signed with Intel corporation. By the end of the year on the card of System Technologies new partners in Barnaul, Bryansk, Kaluga, Krasnoyarsk, Obninsk, Oryol, Rostov, Samara, St. Petersburg, Saratov, Stary Oskol, Tver and on Kamchatka appeared. Also among partners there are companies from Udmurtia, Mordovia, North Ossetia, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan now.

2008 The partner network contains 100 companies from Russia and the CIS

• January. RB-Soft IT company — the 100th partner of System Technologies.
• February. Automation of merchandising in Open letter company is finished (the dealer of Hallmark in Russia).
• March. It is complete automation of Nasoloda companies (Ukraine), Intertreyd (Kazakhstan), Virosko (Russia), Spring and NKF "Compass" (Omsk region).
• April. Software implementation of System Technologies in OASIS Group and AND-RUS is begun, automation of Vitmark company and Novera trading house comes to the end.
• May. Automation of agents and merchandisers of Corrado Group company. The system of licensing is simplified.
• June. More than 400 sales representatives from 14 branches of Serviko LLC come to routes with "ST Mobile Trade". Distribution "The Novouralsk meat plant" is automated.
• July. Automation of "Evenks-vending", the largest vending company of Yekaterinburg is complete. Process of direct sales (van selling) and merchandising is automated.
• August. Implementation a complex and "ST Mobile Trade" in Ice World company.
• September. Openly representations in Nizhny Novgorod. The project on automation of sales representatives of Alfa-trade company is complete: having compared costs for upgrade of earlier used own system to investments into the solution of Sistemnye tekhnologii Group, the management Alpha trade selected the ST Mobile Trade complex.
• October. Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group receives the status of the authorized partner of Motorola.
• November. Automation of the Ukrainian companies "Vodoley" and "Distribyyutor Yubileyny", expansion of the project on automation of sales representatives of Chayny mir LLC.
• December. Process of collecting of preorders (pre selling) in Koshkin and To company — one of leaders a vsfer of food in the Tomsk market is automated.

2009 Expansion of business and expansion to regions

• September. Official partnership of UPS Logistics Technologies and Sistemnye tekhnologii Group. The new version of the Server of data exchange (SOD 2.2) — the annex to a mobile part "ST Mobile Trade" is released.
• October. Automation of "Enda DI ROUS'S EY" with the solution "ST-Chicago" is complete. Automation of the preorder in Oriyenteks company is also complete.
• November. Automation of sales representatives of the largest producer of confectionery in Siberia — Sladonezh companies.
• December. The largest producer of ice cream of Cold-storage Facility No. 3 LLC in the Urals is selected by "ST Mobile Trade". The project with ABI Product, large meat-processing holding — creation of a management system for work of distributors for more than 700 jobs, with the budget in 23 million rubles is by the end of the year complete.

2010 the Russian division of Kraft Foods Inc Is automated.

2013 In Kaliningrad there takes place the first conference on SFA

2014 Start of a cloud service of ST-Mobi.com

• April. In Svetlogorsk there took place the first partner conference in the Systech Friends Area format. A key subject – an output to the market of "cloud" service ST-Mobi.com. May. Start of a cloud service of ST-Mobi.com.
• July. "System Technologies" become the authorized partner of "Samsung Electronics Rus Company" and the business partner 1C-Bitrix.
• September. The second Systech Family Area conference organized by Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group brought together more than 100 representatives of leading companies of the FMCG sector, the petrochemical and telecommunication industries. Sistemnye Tekhnologii and Samsung provided the protected Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 tablets on the second annual Samsung Enterprise Mobility Forum.
