ST Mobile Trade - a hardware and software system for automation of the distribution companies and producers distributing the products through network of independent distributors.

2018: ST Mobile Trade of MT 4.2.10

On July 9, 2018 Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group announced an exit of stable release of mobile application "ST mobile Torgovlya". According to Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group, in MT 4.2.10 there was a functionality of automatic calculation of coordinates of outlets, mechanisms of warning of data loss are added, the interface is improved.

It is necessary to tell about two useful improvements in more detail — in connection with their high value for our clients. The first important adding: we taught to calculate and display mobile application on the card outlets at which coordinates are for some reason not specified. The algorithm of calculation allows to determine coordinates with a high accuracy therefore we recommend to use them as reference values in office part of a system. Besides, by the representative of the company also other innovations were mentioned:

• Additional confirmation of a full load of databases for prevention of loss of not saved information.
• Warning of work in the fact-finding mode (without license / c the invalid license).
• Separation of the range of goods of the order and return for a design of return of inactive goods.
• Viewing and problem definition to the subordinated employees (for users with the license "ST Supervisor").

2017: ST Mobile Trade of v.4.1.2.89

Requirements of the law "About Use of the Cash Registers at Implementation of Cash Monetary Payments and (or) Calculations using Payment Cards" N 54-FZ are considered. "Changes of functionality will be available also in new (supported), and in stable versions. So to receive this updating, crucial for work of the distribution companies, clients should not reinstall all software package.

2016: ST Mobile Trade of v.4.1

On November 1, 2016 System Technologies provided an update of the program for automation of the field personnel "ST mobile Torgovlya". The main changes affected an application interface, high-speed performance of a system is increased, the functionality is added.

The ST Mobile Trade 4.1 interface is created by the principles of UI/UX and considers the user experience of 25 thousand "field" employees. The application simplifies and accelerates work of sales representatives, merchandisers, auditors and their heads.

The program runtime is optimized, high-speed performance increased. Average speed of filling of the order decreased for 1.5 minutes, the average time of opening of a route was reduced by 8 times.

Results of testing of a product trade commands showed:

• for transition from the previous versions "ST Mobile Trade" enough minimum instructions, resident instruction are not required to linear employees;
• during adaptation to the new interface the effectiveness of personnel does not decrease;
• after completion of adaptation employee performance increases, the number of errors is reduced by users.

2015: ST Mobile trade 2.11.2

According to the developer, the majority of completions concern questions of cost reduction, increase in convenience of using and optimization of the works connected with merchandising and marketing. Now when forming the document "Merchandising" it is possible to browse a sales history and to specify the recommended goods quantity for the order or shipment that should facilitate planning of the product delivery in outlets. Besides, now goods quantity can be presented in different units of measure (piece, packaging, a box).

The document "Questionnaire" supports groups and filters of questions (the mechanism similar to the filter of goods) now that is convenient when collecting expanded merchandayzingovy information on goods. Support of the data exchange interface with the barcode scanner which is built in one of smartphone models is implemented. For optimization of time expenditure of the agent on a route there was a possibility of editing the document out of a visit to outlet at which visit it was posted. For technical specialists an opportunity to configure the mechanism of exchange with the server for automatic loading of the license for the CPC of the sales representative that should lower licensing costs with support or deployment of a new system is implemented.
