ST the Supervisor - the tool of the head of a trade command. As a part of a product: notes, communication with trade, routes and territories for control of work of "field" employees.
On November 26, 2016 the System Technologies company announced release of technology for control of work of sales representatives and other "field" employees - "ST Supervayzer" of version 2.0.
According to the statement of developers, "ST Supervayzer" helps:
- control indicators of work of all command and specific agents,
- carry out the detailed analysis,
- monitor the working day of the sales representative online,
- edit territories and routes,
- set tasks to agents,
- monitor accomplishment of assigned tasks.
