Quote
"In process of development of such projects of the electronic government as creation of the electronic identity certificate of the citizen of the Russian Federation, the role of certification centers as networks of issue of digital signature facilities will decrease. The importance of electronic interactions, on the contrary, will increase. Including, the frequency of the interactions which are carried out based on identification of citizens using the electronic signature in their electronic identity certificate of the citizen of the Russian Federation will increase. It, in turn, will demand need of passing of authorization of such electronic interactions for receiving by information systems (service providers) of reliable data about the users stored in other information systems (suppliers of attributes)".
