Kamchatksenergo (MECOMS)

Three subsystems are implemented:

• Billing of the electric power of legal entities
• Billing of heat power of legal entities
• Billing of the electric power and heat power of individuals

The Kamchatksenergo company, the prime vendor of the electric power and thermal energy in the territory of Kamchatka Krai, completely passed at the end of 2015 to a new settlement system and consumer service. The project is implemented by "RAO Energy Systems of East" together with Maykor-GMCS company within upgrade of infrastructure of sale of utilities and development of intellectual power industry of the Far East.

The billing system provides support of a full stroke of consumer service: from the address before signing of the contract, from removal of indications before drawing of the uniform payment document (UPD), from payment before complete settlement of debt, including all forms of collectings.

On a withdrawal of Kamchatksenergo, thanks to process automation of accounts receivable management and claim and claim activity in 9 months 2015 decrease in debt of residential consumers on thermal energy by 1.3% (is recorded at a gain for the same period of 2014 in 11.7%). Similar dynamics is observed also on charges for payment of the electric power.
