On March 3, 2014, BPC Bank Technologies announced the completion of a project to migrate the processing platform of Jordan Kuwait Bank (Jordan) to the SmartVista family of products.
Project objectives
As part of the development strategy, the bank decided to completely replace the existing card business support system, which is outdated and did not meet business objectives and market requirements. After studying the solutions on the market, the bank's management opted for the SmartVista family of products.
Project progress
Within the framework of the project, based on BPC Bank Technologies|BPC solutions, a platform was created to support the bank's card business, monitor and manage the terminal network. Through the introduction of SmartVista into the sphere of electronic payments of the bank, it became possible to independently develop and implement products and services of any complexity, maintaining the proper quality of customer service.
Project Summary
Reduced costs associated with technological downtime of ATMs. SmartVista helps JKB monitor the state of each ATM, regardless of its location, and implement plans to develop a network of customer service devices.
