Fitnays implements EDMS

On April 4, 2014 the Worklite Systems company announced project completion of system implementation of electronic document management of WorkLite Docs and the WorkLite Portal corporate portal in infrastructure of Fitnays company.

Project Tasks

The main objective of an implementation project of EDMS - creation of distributed control system documents, requests and creation unique business of processes of internal contractual document flow of the company. In addition - need of system registration of the entering / outgoing documents, and convenient native designing of cards of documents depending on required interrelations of functional fields.

Project Progress

Within maintaining the project in the company FitNice modular products of boxed solutions are implemented WorkLite Docs and WorkLite Portal.

Project Results

Modules of electronic document management helped to provide information on employees and an organization structure of the enterprise, to register and systematize documents, messages contractual document flow and activity connected with organizational and administrative documents, to create and work with requests in different departments, to control execution of instructions as simple, so according to documents, to perform project activity.

Besides, from new EDMS based on WorkLite Docs the staff of the company can work with documentation from different divisions, collect and consolidate reports on work with documents.
