On April 7, 2014 the EGAR Technology Ukraine company announced end end of the next stage of integration of IT systems in Prominvestbank.
Project Progress
The technology partner in the project - EGAR Technology Ukraine. By April 7, 2014 processes and systems are integrated:
- CORE BANKING SYSTEM,
- system of customer relations,
- system of customer acquisition,
- document management,
- transactions of money market and currency transactions,
- creation of deposits of corporate clients,
- payment acceptance,
- service requests in Internet banking.
The purpose of the large-scale project - transition to service - to the focused approach to integration of information systems of bank.
The solution Oracle SOA Suite became a link between systems, it gave the chance to implement end-to-end business processes, integrating systems in a whole. The received general information space will provide to bank transparency of passing of data within business processes, will eliminate contradictions of data in the different systems and will significantly reduce holding time of clients in departments.
The expert Ukraine EGAR Technology command implemented the large-scale project in several stages and in several directions.
At the first stage provided process of implementation of a new system of customer relations (CRM) and its integration with all systems of bank (main system of automation of banking activity, the system of customer acquisition, a management system for document flow).
The second stage of the project solves problems of implementation of operational activities:
- creation of transactions of money market and currency transactions,
- creation of deposits of corporate clients systems,
- acceptance of utility and other payments,
- creation of service requests in Internet banking.
In parallel technology infrastructure of Oracle SOA Suite developed. To provide high availability and reliability of the solution, Oracle SOA Suite is transferred to a cluster configuration, besides, as the quantity of the used systems and integration services increased, unrolled the centralized repository of services on the Oracle Service Registry platform and a single system of control and monitoring of Oracle Cloud Control 12c. Use of a single system of monitoring and management of integration processes allowed to simplify considerably process of identification of exclusive situations and provided the uniform mechanism for clarification of the reasons of their emergence that, in turn, reduced a downtime because of emergency situations.
"Along with the mentioned results, it should be noted that the project is in permanent development: new requirements of business are implemented, new processes and systems are connected. The systems of bank continue to integrate in unified information environment as which integrating link Oracle SOA Suite acts. In the nearest future we, for example, should implement integration of the CRM system with a number of services of card processing", – Sergey Tarasenko, the CEO of EGAR Technology Ukraine noted.
