Union of Expo completed complex automation of services of accounting and management

On April 8, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced carrying out complex automation in Union of Expo on the platform of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".

Project Tasks

The main objective of automation Union of Expo is the organization of effective work of personnel, creation of efficient payment mechanisms of work – the main lever of increase in interest of employees in high-quality accomplishment of the duties.

In Union of Expo made the decision on acquisition of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". As the program of automation of financial accounting selected "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Progress

For creation of the unified information system on the basis of the selected solutions invited specialists 1C-Rarus - they provided training of employees and configured automatic data exchange. Setup of unloading of data saved accountants from manual transfer of information.

Project Results

"1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" saved HR department from numerous routine transactions, including, considerably simplified process of preparation of reports. The management obtains data on work of each employee on the basis of which carries out these or those staff movements.
