The central district court of Barnaul implements the system of electronic archive

On April 8, 2014 ELAR company announced the project of automation of documentary ensuring activity of employees of the Central and Railway district courts of the city of Barnaul.

Project Progress

The company contractor created nine sections of digitization equipped with the equipment for legal cases and acts on the basis of the scanners "ELAR Planskan-A2B" and the Canon DR-M140 scanners with tablet modules. "The system of electronic archive of court" (SEA) and electronic archive are created on the basis of software of "SAPERION", provide authorized access to electronic copies of affairs from Justice state automated system.

Project Results

With system implementation of electronic archive in a number of the directions of courts it is completely automated. In particular, are available to employees operational full text and attributive document retrieval from the computer, several specialists at the same time can work with one document. Transfer to an electronic form of affairs, placement in uniform storage ensure the invariance and safety.
