Mobile Workforce Management is the specialized solution for management of traveling personnel.

On August 27, 2015 the IFS company announced an exit of release of version 5.7 IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWFM).

Changes were its part:
- Support of complex problems of planning — IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWFM) resolves even more complex problems of planning, including linearly extended objects (routes with different points of the beginning and end of the movement), routes on rural areas, partial loading, unloading of goods, territorial balancing.
- Gain of support of managers — changes are focused on support of the organizations step by step implementing dynamic planning, passing from simple visualization of the working schedule, manual resource allocation and semi-automatic planning to complete dynamic optimization of labor resources.
- Suppliers of cards — in the version appeared additional opportunities of visualization thanks to the cartographic OpenStreetMaps web project, the geoinformation products ArcGIS of Esri company and the search system Bing and allow to visualize the most rational route by means of manual transactions.
- Target planning — the solution IFS for management of traveling personnel gives to managers the chance to define business objectives and key performance indicators which automatically configure operation of the mechanism of planning, allowing to keep track dynamically on the normal meter panel of the actual compliance to target indicators, such as SLA, percent of timely performed orders, etc.
