Commenting on the acquisitions, IFS First Vice President of Business Development Group Fredrik vom Hofe stated: With these two acquisitions, we continue to strengthen our position. The opportunities that follow with the acquisition of mplsystems mean that companies around the world that seek to provide their customers with better service from request to resolution will receive a full service management offer. |
Paul White, CEO of mplsystems Limited, noted: mplsystems specialists are happy to join the IFS team. We have a great opportunity to bring our solutions for managing contact centers and attracting customers to the world stage. |
With the acquisition of mplsystems, IFS not only extends but also strengthens its service management solution. Combining IFS's existing field service management capabilities with the ability of mplsystems to communicate with service recipients through contact centers, network, text and mobile interfaces will prove that customer engagement can be organized in a more integrated way.
