The key product of Aksios Sistems company – the software solution assyst – was initially developed on the basis of the recommendations of ITIL library and the best practices (Best Practices). Evolution of a product and development of each subsequent version within 20 years happened in close cooperation to customers, taking into account their wishes and requirements. In the Aksios Sistems software product the principle of out-of-the-box which means complex approach to ITSM is implemented. It obespechivakt initial integration of all processes of ITIL (version 3) in one product which core is the uniform configuration database (CMDB). Harmonious integration of CMDB with all processes of ITIL is provided in a product already at the time of delivery and does not trebudt additional programming or integration of modules with each other. 10 of 12 processes of ITIL (version 3) are confirmed with certificates of PinkVERIFY. The assystTM system provides transparency and availability of management information which is conveniently provided on "control panel" (dashboard) that allows to trace performance indicators of work of IT service in real time.
System implementation of assystTM allows the organizations to increase efficiency of IT service, to reduce costs on support and total ownership cost (TCO). Aksios provides also consulting services on implementation of ITSM projects.
