On April 10, 2014 it became known of software implementation of remote control of TeamViewer in IT department of Hummel company - Hummel Holding.
Project Tasks
Before transition to TeamViewer the department of technical support used the software for remote access on the basis of [1] that created an array of problems. Occasionally on client side important contents, windows, buttons were not displayed. Without centralized control system work with several connections became difficult and tiresome.
The company found replacement.
Project Progress
For the TeamViewer Host installation, the utility for the round-the-clock remote access to a system, on 300 computers of the company, specialists of Hummel Holding used own scripts. Entering necessary data in the register, settings and depending on the operating system automatically were established, additional functions were added.
Project Results
For April 10, 2014 TeamViewer as the solution for remote support, is used in all departments of the parent company.
