2017

Integration with Information Leak Detection

On August 8, 2017 the Business Logic company announced integration into an electronic document management system of Logician of EDMS of the solution Information Leak Detection (ILD) of EveryTag company.

The ILD system helps to define with guarantee a source of leak of confidential information on paper carriers. The operation algorithm of the solution consists in creation of individual copies of the document with which employees work in an electronic document management system. ILD remembers several parameters of the document: conversion algorithm, date and time of issue of the copy and also identification data of the employee. "Logic of EDMS 2.0" on the basis of Alfresco/Infoturnover WSWS

On April 25, 2017 the company Business Logic announced release of release of the version of software of "the Logician of EDMS 2.0" on the platform Alfresco/Infoturnover WSWS.

The product is transferred to version 5.1 of the Alfresco/Infoturnover WSWS platform. This ECM platform is created on the open source (OS).

In version 2.0. the mechanism of processing of cards of documents is processed, editing files of a format Microsoft Office, Open Office and LibreOffice directly from a document card is added.

A number of functions is added:

• imposing of resolutions on documents,
• initial distribution of documents,
• the centralized tracking of the status of the document,

Release of Logic of EDMS on the Infoturnover WSWS platform

On December 15, 2015 the companies "Business Logic" also "National center of support and development" announced release of the solution for electronic document management on the platform "Logic of EDMS" and "Infoturnover WSWS".

Infoturnover WSWS is certified according to security requirements of information of FSTEC of Russia and can be used for the organization of the information systems intended for processing of confidential information, including, the state information systems and personal data information systems.

The Logic of EDMS system is intended for automation of managerial document flow and office-work.

As declared the press services of the companies, the technological solution for electronic document management on the basis of Logician of EDMS and "Infoturnover WSWS" corresponds to rules of import substitution policy of software (meets requirements for inclusion in the register of domestic software) and is focused on automation of workflow processes in the Russian organizations.

There was a release of Logic of EDMS 1.2

2014

Integration with ABBYY FlexiCapture

On November 17, 2014 the Business Logic company announced integration of the Logic of EDMS system at the Alfresco platform with ABBYY FlexiCapture.

As a basis for integration of these two solutions the barcoding mechanism was used: the uniform barcode which can be printed on a sticker (for the arriving documents) or on the document is appropriated to a card of the document and the document (for the documents published in the organization and sent).

The document contains the unique identification number (UNID). Its existence helps by search of the document with EDMS. At stream scanning the barcode of the registered document is read out by the scanner then the image of the document is automatically attached to the corresponding card. Afterwards the user can find the document using the scanner of barcodes.

Transfer of Logic of EDMS on the Alfresco platform of version 4.2

The release of September, 2014 of the Logic of EDMS system is transferred to the latest version of the Alfresco 4.2 platform which provides a number of significant improvements:

Release of Logic of EDMS on the Alfresco platform
