2021: Association of subordinate organizations of Rosmorrechflot
The unified industry system of electronic document management FSUE Rosmorport united the subordinate organizations of Rosmorrechflot. This was announced on July 23, 2021 by the company "Digital Design," which implemented the project.
FSUE Rosmorport takes an active part in work related to the digital development and transformation of the transport industry. One of the priority areas of the company determined the transition to paperless information processing technologies. This idea resonated with the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport and was formalized in the form of the necessary regulatory and legal documents governing the creation of the Unified Industry System of Electronic Document Management and the definition of FSUE Rosmorport by its operator.
For the practical implementation of the decisions made, a competitive procedure was carried out, as a result of which the Digital Design company was chosen as the executor of the work.
As a basis for implementing the solution, it was determined document management system "Priority" on the basis of the software platform. Docsvision The project took a little more than a year. During this time, the company "Digital Design" together with FSUE "Rosmorport" designed and created an information system in strict accordance with the requirements of the technical assignment. As of July 2021, Digital Design CJSC provides its technical support.
As an object of informatization, the Unified Industry Electronic Document Management System operates in the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosmorport (including all branches of the enterprise), the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport and thirty-four organizations subordinate to the agency, forming a single secure space for exchanging data and documents in electronic form.
The creation of a solution of this level optimized the documentation processes of the participating organizations of interaction, as a result of which:
- increased speed of information exchange;
- The possibility of organizing end-to-end control over the execution of orders has been implemented;
- reduced time for registration of correspondence of departments;
- Reduced purchase and maintenance costs for hardware and application software
- Improved information security.

On April 23, 2014, Digital Design announced the completion of work in the project to modernize the electronic document management system (SED) for the management apparatus of FSUE Rosmorport.
Project Tasks
As part of the project, Digital Design specialists conducted a survey of the business processes of the document flow of FSUE FSUE Rosmorport, optimized them taking into account the new capabilities of the SED, and installed the "Automated Manager's Workplace" module for mobile and safe work of top management. An interface has been developed for the processes of approval, signing, review of documents, creation and control of orders.
Anatoly Balabanov, head of the information technology department of FSUE FSUE Rosmorport, noted: "At present, the architecture and functionality of the SED fully comply with the current requirements of the legislation and make it possible to quickly modify the system when they change."
Project Outcome
Optimization of the system has increased the efficiency of the central office of FSUE FSUE Rosmorport:
- reduced the time to bring orders to the executors,
- tools for more effective control of the performer and tracking of tasks at all stages of execution, the availability of specialized functionality that simplifies work with the SED,
- modernization of the system provided the possibility of switching to a fully paperless document flow.
Vladimir Kohan, Director of Business Development at Digital Design, emphasized: "This project provided the opportunity to organize end-to-end document management processes and appropriate end-to-end control in the Central Office of FSUE FSUE Rosmorport. The system implements comprehensive automation of the approval process, which, in turn, reduces the labor costs of employees of the enterprise and is aimed at accelerating the execution of tasks by the final contractor. Modernization of the system provided the possibility of moving to paperless document flow. "
The customer received a specialized solution created by Digital Design on the Docsvision 4.5 platform for the needs of the enterprise. More than 290 users work with the system.
Project development
On December 1, 2016, Digital Design announced its victory in an open competition for the provision of services for the development and technical support of the electronic document management system of FSUE Rosmorport.
As of December 2016, Rosmorport uses SED on the Docsvision platform, which automates a number of document processes. To increase the efficiency of electronic document management, the customer has a need to develop the system.
On the mobile devices of the management of FSUE Rosmoport, the application "ARM Manager" will be installed. With this, the customer plans to increase the mobility of managers by allowing remote processing of orders and documents in the SED on tablet devices.
The contractor will have to update the version of the platform, EDMS install modules and solutions on its basis, set up interaction electronic document management systems Rosmorport Rosmorrechflot in a format over EDM 2.7 a secure communication channel.
Digital Design will install and configure the ARM Controller module, which will increase the quality and efficiency of employees who control executive discipline. It is also necessary to implement the mail notification module to promptly inform SED users about key events in the system.
The project is scheduled to be completed in December 2016. At the end of the project, Digital Design will provide technical support services for the system, ensuring its uninterrupted operation, advising users and updating the software based on it.
