KKTCell implements the system of printing of billing these subscribers

On April 28, 2014 the Petter Service company announced completion of installation of a system of preparation of the output documents PETER-SERVICE ODPS in KKTCell company.

Project Progress

Implementation works began at the end of 2013. For integrator this project - the first experience of installation of a product in foreign countries which was required to be localized previously. Cooperation of "Petter Service" and KKTCell originates in 1999. Then the telecom operator received a billing system and some other products of the St. Petersburg company.

It was going to optimize the existing system of printing of the operator long ago, but the main works started only last year – creation of a test environment began fall of the 2013th year, in December approved parts of setup and start of a product.

Feature of the project - the customer. Earlier the PETER-SERVICE ODPS system was implemented without localization, full translation of the solution into English was required now.

Project Results

"The ODPS system creates printed report forms of the customer – accounts and detailing of calls, – Sergey Averkiyev, the project manager told. – And one of our tasks was to transfer these accounts to FR3 format which is supported by our product. At the same time bills are made out, of course, in Turkish with which we were not familiar. Despite it our employees managed to cope with a task and to completely repeat reports which the customer created the means earlier".

The implementation project of the ODPS system became the largest for KKTCell lately and passed against the background of preparation for larger project – to implementation of single convergent billing solution instead of two existing, one of which, for service of postpaid-subscribers, the product "Petter Service" is.
