The Norilsk mounting management of Severovostokelektromontazh implemented electronic archive "Etla"

In the Norilsk Mounting Management (NMM) of the Severovostokelektromontazh enterprise the project of creation of electronic archive of documents based on the solution "Etla" came to the end (SVEM) with spring of 2014.

Severovostokelektromontazh works in the field of installation and adjustment of networks of power supply of different power in Krasnoyarsk Krai. At the end of 2013 the company management made the decision to optimize work with all types of documentation by creation of electronic archive of documents and process automation of their approval and accounting.

At the beginning of 2014 the staff of NMU SVEM company analyzed the market of electronic archives and on the basis of result of this analysis the customer made the decision on independent system implementation of electronic archive "Etla".

On a withdrawal of the Norilsk mounting management, the system of electronic archive "Etla" attracted, first of all, with such qualities as: existence of all necessary tools for independent rapid implementation of a system; an opportunity by own efforts and in short terms to create structure of electronic archive with the distributed access rights of all staff of the company; existence of a number of necessary designers for formation of cards of documents, forms of search, reference books, reports, etc.; existence of the simple mechanism (in 2 cliques) import of already existing archive of documents of the company.

During process of setup of a system specialists of Atlas Soft gave a number of remote consultations to customer representatives that promoted project implementation in the minimum terms.

According to Atlas Soft, as a result of dense cooperation between the contractor and the customer NMU SVEM received the system of electronic archive of documents which simplified work with documents. As a result work of all enterprise in general was optimized.
