"The Aleksandro-Nevsky manufactory" keeps account of agreements in electronic archive ETLA

In 2014 it became known of project finish on creation of the electronic register of client lease agreements based on electronic archive Etla in Aleksandro-Nevsky Manufactory company

As a result of successful two years' use of a system the decision on expansion of functionality and transition to Etla electronic document management system was made. As all software products from Atlas Soft are implemented on a single platform, transition to another comes from one system by only replacement of the license that is very convenient for users. Because no extra works are performed, and transition is free.

Transition to electronic document management was caused by desire not to be limited on the structured storage and the automated formation of the register of agreements, and to begin automation:

• Processings of the entering, internal and outgoing documents
• Approval and agreements
• Control of executions of instructions

Having upgraded to the latest version of an electronic document management system the Aleksandro-Nevsky Manufactory company gave to the specialists an opportunity to use functions and modules, such as:

• Support PostgreSQL DBMS and Oracle.
• Generation of documents using the Stimulsoft report generator.
• Additional mechanism of configuration management of a card.
• The simplified sending documents with the EDS and verification of the entering EDSs, integration with fields of cards of documents and also support of a request of delivery receipts and reading of letters.
• The optimized processes of opening of a card and search of the document and also algorithms of record of routes in a system.
• The updated user interface.

Transition to electronic document management allowed the company to increase in general efficiency of activity of the company due to process automation of processing of incoming documents and control of execution of instructions and also to expand the number of the employees who are taking part in document flow of the company.
