Content

On November 19, 2014 the 1C Rating company completed the project of complex automation of Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP using industry solution "1C Rating: Integrated management of finance and budgeting".

Choosing a Solution

At the time of the beginning of cooperation about 1C Rating the level of automation of the enterprise did not satisfy to requirements of large production company. On state district power plant several separate information systems were used that often resulted in incomparability of data and distortion of information. There were difficulties during the planning activity, preparation of the regulated and management reporting as for collecting and data analysis about work of the enterprise handmade large volume was required.

In October, 2011 the management makes the decision on complex business process automation of the enterprise using the software product "1C Rating: Integrated management of finance and budgeting". The new information system had to solve the following problems: create an information system, uniform for all enterprise, automate transactions of an inventory control, systematize process of registration and accounting of agreements, to reduce time for preparation of information for reports, to raise accuracy of the data and efficiency of reflection of information, at the same time there was a compulsory provision to minimize labor costs on preparation of the managerial and regulated reporting.

For implementation of an information system the 1C Rating company having long-term experience of accomplishment of the large-scale projects confirmed with positive reviews and recommendations from customers of the done work, locating staff of highly qualified specialists was invited.

Project Progress

In implementation process of the project the following objectives are achieved:

  • the complete information system covering all fields of accounting and tax accounting, considering all features of the current legislation and specifics of industry accounting is created;
  • the response time on changes in the legislation of RK is reduced, reporting is performed according to relevant standards;
  • complete accounting of all Inventories in warehouses is organized and in production, there is always an opportunity to see up-to-date information about the nomenclature at the expense of what planning process of sale, production, purchases is organized;
  • the accounting procedure and registration of agreements is arranged that allows to trace precisely the term and quality of training of agreements for different partners of the company;
  • time for preparation of the regulated reporting and closing of the periods according to accounting data is cut by half, accuracy of the data increased, labor costs of accountant officers and finance division decreased;
  • the quantity of cases incorrect reflection of economic transactions in accounting is reduced;
  • the effective management of in cash of the enterprise is many times increased, in general the quality of accounting, its detailing is increased.

Integral part of the project – integration with other systems based on "1C: Enterprise" – built-in systems "1C Rating: Tax monitoring" and "1C Rating: Management of overalls and stock".

On September 1, 2013 a system is put into commercial operation, all settings of the program according to features of activity are complete. 200 jobs are automated.

The following subsystems are put into operation:

  • Managerial and financial accounting.
  • Sales management.
  • Management of repairs.
  • Purchase management.
  • Project management.

Result

According to the customer project deliverables validated the choice of the automation system and the company integrator. Assigned tasks are carried out in full. As advantage it is mentioned that analytical reports allow to receive the broad picture about business activities and are good tools for adaptation of policy of the enterprise under market conditions.

As a result of implementation terms of preparation of the regulated reporting are reduced, information base, uniform for all divisions, is created, the response time on changes in the legislation of RK is reduced, reporting is executed according to relevant standards, the effective management of in cash of the enterprise is many times increased, the quality of accounting, its detailing is increased.
