Application solution "1C Rating: Integrated management of finance and budgeting for Kazakhstan" is intended (KUFIB) for complex automation of accounting and tax accounting, management of finance and budgeting, payroll calculation of any complexity and personnel records of the enterprises performing any kinds of a business activity.

Using the solution KUFIB the enterprise can automate the following processes:

  • regulated accounting (accounting and tax accounting);
  • financial planning (budgeting and reflection of actual data in budgets);
  • operational management of money (treasury);
  • payroll and personnel management;
  • group approval and document approval.

The software product will be most effective:

  • at the enterprises using for accounting two standard the solutions "Accounting for Kazakhstan" (accounting and tax accounting) and "Salary and Personnel management for Kazakhstan" (payroll calculation and personnel records). Application of the application solution KUFIB at such enterprises will allow to exclude need of duplication of information (bank and cash documents, reference books, etc.) and data exchange between two information bases;
  • at the enterprises interested in operational management of financial flows and financial planning. Using the application solution KUFIB, the enterprise receives planning tools of money and a financial status, drawing up master budgets (the income and expenditure budget, the budget of cash flow, balance estimation) and other turnover budgets, variance analysis of planned and actual data.

One of the basic functional purposes of the application solution "1C Rating: Integrated management of finance and budgeting for Kazakhstan" is implementation of such technology of financial management by the enterprise as budgeting. The application solution allows to automate the system of budget enterprise management from planning of budgets of different structure and complexity before tracking of the actual execution of budgets, control of the actual execution and the analysis of budget data.

Extensive opportunities for setup of reflection of actual data of accounting and operational accounting are presented in actual data on execution of budgets. Thanks to a possibility of flexible configuration of reflection of actual data of budgeting, the enterprise receives a universal system for setting and automation of own budgeting system owing to what the enterprise is not tied to any scheme of accounting of actual data, and can independently develop it.

The possibility of interactive reflection of actual data is provided in budgets, i.e. data of accounting and operational accounting for which schemes of reflection in budgets are configured will be accepted in workmanship of budgets directly at the time of their input in a system. Thus, the possibility of immediate budget performance monitoring, timely adjustment of schemes of reflection of actual data (in case of need), the analysis of achievement of key performance indicators of activity of the enterprise and also control of exceeding of the budget appears.

Purpose of limits of budgets allows to control automatically exceeding of certain values and to prohibit accomplishment of the accounting and other transactions leading to exceeding of the entered limits.

In the field of planning of budgets extensive opportunities for setup of interrelations between different budget items or different budgets, calculation of some articles on the basis of others are provided.

There is an opportunity to create difficult regular calculations for the set models for automatic calculation of planned targets depending on others planned, or even actual, indicators.

Besides, possibilities of the automated formation of the consolidated and consolidated budgets on the set regulations, multiscenario planning of budgets and also scheduling of tasks of participants of budget process are implemented.

One more opportunity necessary as for support of budget process (approval of budgets at the different levels, or team work on budgets), and for some other organizational processes (approval of the regulated documents or group work of users with the document), is the possibility of the organization of processes of approval and document approval.

Work with tasks of users in the course of approval is automated. Besides, there is an opportunity to protect the approved documents from unauthorized change.

The opportunity supplementing budgeting process and also broadening the sphere of financial planning and enterprise management is the treasury (cash management). This section of the application solution is intended for drawing up cash flow plans, the organization of an application system for accounting of expenditure and control of target use of funds of the enterprise. Mechanisms of control of compliance of the actual use of money to those requests for their use which were given and considered are provided.

Thus, the application solution allows to organize and automate the control circuit cash flows of the enterprise, to prevent inappropriate use of money and to increase transparency of cash flow of the enterprise for the management. Functions of a configuration in the field of cash management simplify process operational financial planning at the enterprise and also prevent a possibility of emergence of a sudden cash gap that it is reached thanks to accounting of the planned expenses and receipts and also use of the payment schedule.
