DataLine begins an implementation project of a system of management accounting

On April 30, 2014 it became known of the beginning of the project of development and deployment of a subsystem of management accounting in DataLine company on the platform of 1C: Accounting PROF. Integrator in the project Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company

Project Tasks

Partners are going to carry out development and deployment of a subsystem of management accounting.

Basic functions of a subsystem of management accounting will be:

• data entry on transactions of management accounting in all necessary analytical cuts
• formation of the regulated management reporting
• reporting for the analysis of activity of the enterprise
• it is supposed that the rules of data acquisition from an accounting system allowing to obtain only demanded data will be developed.

Primary documents from an accounting system will be transferred entirely. After transfer of documents for the period it is possible to execute primary reconciliation of data by means of the special report which will show all discrepancies.

The system of management accounting will give the chance of automatic installation of the accounts for document posting received from an accounting system on the basis of the rules of mapping stored in a managerial system.

Considering that more than 70% of information will arrive from accounting, and managerial transactions should have double record and be based on the managerial chart of accounts, as the basic software product for creation of a subsystem is going to use "1C: Accounting 8 PROF".
