According to information as of April 2016, ILSAR is a specialized unified Russian IT system for stevedoring enterprises (terminals/seaports) with bulk and general types of cargo, with any directions of the pass, designed to take into account and plan production activities and taking into account the specifics of port business processes in the Russian Federation and the CIS (the ability to adapt to any type of cargo).
