Project Results
On November 12, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced end in JSC Regionalnye elektricheskiye seti and the project on accounting automation by implementation of the information system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".
600 jobs are automated. During the project the single system for accounting covering all range of economic transactions of the customer is created. Cost accounting completed and work in progress is completely automated.

Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution
Initial settings of the program and account policy are made, transfer of opening balances from the previous automation system is carried out. The functionality on accounting of OS, accounting of the VAT, accounting of overalls and the special equipment is finished. Cost accounting according to requirements of the Customer is corrected. Additional printed forms and reports are created. New roles and interfaces with access restriction are added.
Maintenance
Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version) The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
Description
Software products of a system "1C: Enterprise 8" were selected because of a combination of ready-made solutions for automation of the different directions of accounting with a possibility of flexible configuration of configurations under requirements of accounting at the enterprise, high scalability and an opportunity to get quickly to work. For automation of activity of the enterprise the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was selected. System implementation of automation was made by 1C-Rarus company in Novosibirsk having reputation of the reliable partner of 1C and certified on compliance of ISO 9001:2008. The following subsystems are implemented:
