Description
The customer was faced with the task of choosing a software product for the automation of management, accounting and tax accounting. The system was supposed to ensure the timeliness and reliability of the reports received. As a result, we chose the software product "1C: Production Enterprise Management 8" as the basis of AIS. AstroSoft specialists have carried out work to adapt this standard software solution to the specifics of the customer's enterprise. The following functions are automated: 1. Accounting; 2. Development of VAT distribution functionality for OS and HA; 3. Development of the functionality of operations under agency contracts; 4. Tax accounting; 5. Calculation of the cost of production; 6. Development of a mechanism for closing direct costs for the cost of services sold.
As a result, by July 2013, the implementation of subsystems was completed and put into commercial operation.
