Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

Works on normalization of the normative reference information on holding in general are carried out, the general account policy on accounting and tax accounting is developed and implemented. Mechanisms of adjustment of the data entered by primary documents on places are finished.

Description of works on implementation

The difference of the software in the organizations of holding was the main problem of accounting. The lack of the single accounting system complicated receiving up-to-date information by all holding. Differences in the normative reference information, own codings, the differing accounting methods – all this led to problems at mutual reconciliations between the organizations of JSC Centrgaz holding. As a result the management of the enterprise made the decision on upgrade of the automation system of holding and implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.2 program in four main organizations. When choosing the software product we estimated its functional fullness, acquisition value, implementations and ownerships, existence in the market of sufficient volume of services in its support. As partners on implementation the SoftExpert group as it has as necessary experience of implementation of the systems of such level on industrial enterprises was selected and proved in works on support of the previous automated system. Implementation was begun in May, 2012. Works on loading of the normative reference information from four accounting systems in the single database were performed. In the course of consolidation of information normalization of the main reference books was carried out – the dubbed elements were combined with preserving of old codes, for a possibility of comparison to data of the old accounting systems. In the organizations of holding the distributed database was unrolled and automatic exchanges are configured. All organizations of holding were brought to uniform accounting rules, uniform corporate account policy. In December, 2012 the stage of trial operation began. Since May, 2013 a system is put into commercial operation. The following subsystems are at the moment automated and put into operation:

  • Distributed database
  • Accounting

The quantity of the automated jobs is now - 160 pieces. Essential result of implementation was the fact that the enterprise received the modern automation system meeting all requirements of the legislation, providing great opportunities for the analysis of the current activity. The used software tools were united in the single end-to-end system providing practically all activity of the enterprise. Creation of the single database of holding resolved issues of interaction between the organizations. The consolidated information on all holding allows to plan more effectively work of JSC Centrgaz and to control the child organizations.
