Electrogas, DOAO (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

In child open joint stock company "Elektrogaz" of Gazprom company the implementing solutions "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" is complete. The project is executed by Portal-Yug company (file). 12 territorially isolated structural divisions and Executive body are a part of the Elektrogaz enterprise. The main objective of the company – ensuring regular power supply of the gas, gas transmission and gas-processing companies of Gazprom.

During the project data transfer is executed of earlier used accounting systems; exchange between branches and the central base by means of the mechanism of the distributed information bases is organized; carrying out interfilial calculations is automated; features of payroll are reflected in the organization; personnel training is executed.

Now in the 1C: Accounting 8 system all 13 divisions of the company work. 108 jobs are automated. In the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program 42 employees work. Works on automation of new branch in Surgut are conducted.
