Directum in child open joint stock company "Elektrogaz" of joint stock company "Gazprom

Implementation of DIRECTUM in child open joint stock company "Elektrogaz" of JSC Gazprom is complete. More than 150 employees of the enterprise successfully work with documents in EDMS.

DOAO "Elektrogaz" of JSC Gazprom is the large enterprise executing all complex project, mounting, commissioning at construction, reconstruction, operation of power supply facilities. As a part of DOAO of 14 branches located in different regions of the country. The main task of the company – to provide reliable and regular power supply of the gas, gas transmission and gas-processing companies of JSC Gazprom.

At the enterprise with large geographically distributed structure the large volume of information is regularly processed. To provide stable interaction of DOAO "Elektrogaz" in the structure the decision on office-work automation was made. In selection process of the tool, the company management stopped on the DIRECTUM system.

The command ArmaDoc (earlier Namip) – the partner of DIRECTUM company was engaged in implementation. During the project, not only technical works on design, adaptation and system deployment, but also the training seminars for administrators, developers, leaders and ordinary users of EDMS were carried out.

In compliance with specifics of Elektrogaz company, in DIRECTUM a number of standard routes was modified and cards of documents are configured. Office-work became the basic automated process at the enterprise. Thanks to implementation of business solution "Classical office-work", in electronic form happens:

• registration of incoming documents, removal and control of performance of resolutions;
• registration of outgoing documents;
• acquaintance and control of execution under orders and orders;
• work with memos.

Forces of specialists ArmaDoc to a system already connect 172 persons. In DIRECTUM all divisions of the company work. Heads are involved in process of control of execution of instructions to a large extent and work in a system as independently, and through secretaries. Since the beginning of trial operation by employees of Elektrogaz company more than 6500 documents and 15000 tasks were created already.
