Specialists 1C-Rarus carried out automation in a motor club Vector based on the Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти program. A new system with ease processes big information streams, accelerates process of customer service and increases control of conducting settlement.

The motor club Vector is engaged in development of motorcycle sport in Russia, holds road motorcycle races, offside events, performs sale and preparation of the motor-equipment, service and technical support in all highway disciplines. For optimization and increase in efficiency the company selected industry solution "the Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts". 1C-Rarus became the partner in the project.

A new system contains the complete information about clients and the motor-technician, including, registers the history of all addresses. The program optimized work of car service: design of repair work, resource planning. Jobs for the staff of service are created. There was a possibility of prerecording on maintenance and calculation of cost of works. The monitor of readiness of the equipment helps clients to monitor work flow.

The new information system increased reliability of business information. "Alpha car: + Car service + Auto parts" saved a motor show from numerous routine transactions, accelerated rates of work of employees of a motor club. In a system different payment methods are supported, the current status of settlement is controlled, the minimum size of prepayment is set.
