Under the Acoustic Institute brand the kontrapenturny speaker systems (from them the sound is distributed on the premises evenly, loudspeakers are directed up) adapted for screens and working by the principle of sound pressure patented in 1995 by the designer Alexander Gaydarov and the musician Alexey Vinogradov are issued.

For May, 2014 the company conducts development of the bespikselny video camera and a helmet of virtual reality, Gaynanov says.

Interpolation screens

Product of the company, key for this moment — the interpolation screens leaving under the 3D-flowed brand. Getting about normal 3D - a projector on the screen, the image passes through several layers of polymeric lenses — each layer is responsible for the level of a color rendition. Developers are proud of lack of traditional pixel "grid" and call the screen bespikselny. However, to observe the created three-dimensional effect, special glasses are necessary. As advantages developers select that it is possible to look at the screen from any distance and at the turned-on light — thanks to a luminescence of the cloth and, respectively, growth of contrast (when viewing from a projector the light is usually turned off).

On this development of these interpolation screens of the company the patent is not taken out yet, Gaynanov is recognized. According to him, the previous patent of 2007 was cancelled two years later therefore the new application was submitted in 2013 and now is at a consideration stage. Structure of intellectual property — the total number of patents and their registration in the countries of the world — the interlocutor refused to disclose.

Similar interpolation screens were invented to "3D - flowed", Maxim Moiseyev, the director of the St. Petersburg company Powerscreen conducting sale and service of projection screens and videowalls told Izvestia. According to him, the Korean company Mocom makes similar screens long ago (since 1982) and has similar developments, for example, broadcasting 3D - video content at the turned-on light and multilayer lens screens. Marat Gaynanov pointed to it that developments of Mocom in the company are not known.

— We carried out patent search, now we monitor all constructions appearing in the market, but so far did not hear about anything similar — Gaynanov says.

According to the company, the collective in 22 persons executes about 25-30 orders a month for different products. Income from one order as the chief designer "3D notes - flowed" Denis Korenev, varies from 400 thousand to 4 million rubles[1].

According to the price list of the company, the minimum price of one screen (screen diagonal in 93 inches) with recommended for it 3D - a projector, for May, 2014 is about 130 thousand rubles, maximum — more than 3 million rubles.

The price of speaker systems fluctuates from 21 thousand to 315 thousand rubles. So, the cost of the minimum set of the home theater can begin from 150 thousand rubles, maximum (with amplifiers for the audio system) reaches 4 million.

At different times customers the firm had a Polytechnical Museum, MIPT, Scientific center of obstetrics, gynecology and perinatology of the academician V.I. Kulakov and temples of Ukraine, St. Petersburg and Belarus.

History

Founders of the company — Denis Korenev and Alexander Gaydarov — are engaged in development of speaker and video systems from 1990th years, trying to bring the achievements under different brands to the market.

2012: Creation of the company

3D-tek LLC is founded in 2012, then the project was a part of participants Skolkovo — in December the 2012th technology of operation of screens was shown to the prime minister Dmitry Medvedev.

In 2012 "3D - flowed" submitted the application to ASI for financing of the project on construction of 5 thousand pre-fabricated cinema halls in the small cities of Russia.

2014: AFK "Sistema" considers the possibility of investments into the company

In May, 2014 it became known that AFK "Sistema" of Vladimir Yevtushenkov invests in production 3D - movie theaters of the capital company "3D - flowed", told Izvestia the sources close to the transaction. According to them, in Moscow area at the expense of System will start the plant on production of interpolation screens and counteraperture speaker systems, the rights to which owns "3D, - flowed" — the participant of the innovation center Skolkovo. As reported Izvestia in the Agency of strategic initiatives, the Ministry of Finance approved financing of the 3D-flowed project on mass construction budget 3D - movie theaters of 450 million rubles. The first movie theater from a series is going to be opened in April, 2015 in Moscow.

The management of System already considered the project, notes a source, and the agreement on construction of the plant should be signed in the nearest future. The company will move to new premises from small workshop in Sokolniki in the territory of the former helicopter plant of the name Mile in which it worked since 2010 under different brands.

The press service of AFK "Sistema" confirmed the interest of holding in the project, but emphasized that final decision on "3D - flowed" it is not accepted yet. Apparently, the Sistema holding which portfolio includes, in particular, Sitronics increases investment activity in new technologies. The director of the press service of Sistema Ekaterina Tsukanova emphasized that he "3D - flowed" already it is impossible to call a startup.

According to Korenev, at the organization of mass production the price of screens and all products can decrease by 3–4 times. For example, the cost of the 93-inch screen for the room from 6 sq.m will be about 20 thousand rubles (without projector), and all system — about 150 thousand.

In "3D - flowed", by the way, indicate that for last two years of money they from Skolkovo did not receive. According to the project director of a cluster Skolkovo Albert Yefimov, with support Skolkovo the campaign participated in a number of the international exhibitions in Russia and abroad.

The representative of ASI Alexander Elshevsky reported to Izvestia that about 450 million rubles will select for construction of network new 3D - movie theaters. In April of this year the request from ASI was transferred to the Ministry of Finance where it was approved, Elshevsky says. According to Denis Korenev, the company develops the program for construction of cinema halls (up to 120 viewers) using developments of firm. The first movie theater is going to be opened in April, 2015 in Moscow. In addition to movies movie theaters will also offer viewing sports and cultural broadcastings, special content for school students and students, Korenev notes. The program of construction will be completely self-sufficient, investments will be required only at a stage of its start, Korenev is sure. According to him, in 2009 speaker systems of the company already equipped four-screen movie theater Gold Cinema in Kolomna.

Construction of new cinema halls is several times cheaper than construction of normal, speak in ASI: the cost of construction of one cinema hall will be 4.4 million rubles (average cost of opening of a normal cinema hall of 10-12 million rubles), and screens of future movie theaters from "3D - flowed" have 95% of preserving of color at the turned-on light (normal — 47%). At implementation of the project it is going to build from 50 to 100 film complexes a year, and their estimated payback, as expected, will be about 2 years, speak in ASI.

Similar projects on the equipment movie theaters of the small and medium cities of Russia already moved forward in 2009. Then the project of Cinema of City movie theater chain assuming opening of 122 movie theaters in the cities with the population less than 400 thousand was started human. Fedor Bondarchuk, the founder of Kronverk Cinema network Eduard Pichugin (it possesses a controlling stake) and the producer Sergey Selyanov invested in the project supported by the state. Within 5 years the project developed not so actively as that was expected by investors, the deputy CEO of Cinema of City Valery Karpov told Izvestia. According to him, the general economic country situation affected. With Vnesheconombank, the main investor of the project, mutual understanding we did not manage to find — Karpov comments.

For May, 2014 Cinema of City was built four movie theaters — in Novosibirsk, Tula, Orenburg and St. Petersburg. At the same time the first three were constructed within shopping centers though initially the project assumed building of the separate easily built metal constructions, the movie theater in St. Petersburg was also built from concrete structures. Despite it, Karpov says, the project continues to develop and spaces for future movie theaters in regions are already selected. The ticket price at movie theaters varies from 80 to 400 rubles (the average price of the ticket over the country — 190–200 rubles) though it was initially planned that the cost of the ticket will not exceed 130 rubles. Such difference is explained by the fact that investors hope to return the money invested in the project, the interlocutor[1] explained[1].
