"Рексофт" improved a management system for financial limits of VTB bank

Reksoft (Technoserv Group) company, the software developer and information systems, implemented in VTB bank Book of Limits – a system for creation, editing, distribution, transfer and approval of financial limits. Users of a system are the treasury, divisions and child structures of bank. A system has the geographically distributed structure allowing the staff of bank departments in Moscow, London, Astana, Vienna, Tbilisi, Shanghai, Cyprus access to Book of Limits through internal network.

"The book of Limits" is a set of the limits set by bank published on the internal portal of VTB Group. The limit is meant as the restriction for transactions with the partner expressed in terms of money. The treasury of VTB distributes limits of divisions, makes changes to parameters of limits. Access rights on limits are distributed depending on a hierarchical structure of bank according to provision of division in an organization structure.

The Book of Limits system includes tools of the reporting, search and filtering. Visualization of processes of transfer and distribution of limits is implemented in a type treelike structures. "The book of Limits" provides instruments of import export for implementation of integration with the existing systems in divisions and the child organizations of bank.

Thanks to Book of Limits the speed of work with financial limits of bank control of observance of transactions with limits considerably increased, improved. Mechanisms of filtering and search of a system became the convenient tool for control of use and violations of terms of limits in real time.

"The book of Limits" was integrated into the internal portal of VTB Group constructed based on Microsoft SharePoint 2010. The Reksoft command developed an integration tool with the existing management systems for limits of different child divisions of bank.
