The Abinsky Electric steelworks begins implementation "1C: Management of iron and steel works"

On April 29, 2014 "the Abinsky Electric steelworks" purchased the joint ERP solution of 1C Company and AVK-system company - "1C: Management of iron and steel works".

The software product is intended for complex automation of the metallurgical enterprises.

On the occasion of the beginning of system implementation there took place the solemn procedure of delivery in the territory of the plant. The box was personally handed by Golikov Igor Vyacheslavovich (rukovoditel napravleniya po prodvizheniyu otraslevykh resheny dlya proizvodstva kompanii-razrabotchika «AVK-sistema») Shchapinu to Igor Vyacheslavovich (the chief of laboratory ASUP "Abinsky Electric Steelworks"). Further active collaboration in implementation of this unified information system on all sections and divisions of the plant is necessary. A part of divisions was already automated and worked in "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". They will be integrated into "1S:UMK".

In the course of implementation it is going to automate: operational planning of supply of metallurgical production, management of repairs and service of the metallurgical equipment, accounting and receipt of scrap, management of factory laboratory, accounting of data of melting of metal, formation of passports of swimming trunks, accounting of operation of the rolling mill, control of own vehicle fleet.

Upon termination of implementation it is expected: production cost reduction, increase in profitability of orders, reduction of labor costs and time for data entry from the separate systems, influence reduction of "a human factor".
