Fir-tree Camping hotel Irkutsk (BIT: Appetite. Restaurant)

Specialists of The First BIT company in Irkutsk completed the complex project of automation a camping hotel Fir-tree. According to the results of the project systems for accounting and management of BIT are implemented. Hotel 8, BIT. APPETITE. Restaurant, BIT. APPETITE. Waiter. Bartender.

The hotel of the country Fir-tree type is near Irkutsk, in the beautifull environmentally friendly place. The hotel represents a complex from 2 body and 12 cottages with 160 numbers. The complex has the developed infrastructure, in particular, includes pier, restaurants, bar, two conference rooms and other.

Situation before implementation: Before cooperation with the First BIT accounting activity and work on room reservation of hotel was conducted in Excel. It imposed restrictions for the analysis of activity of hotel:

• there was no opportunity to create some types of financial statements;
• a lot of time for creation of reports on profitability and loading of hotel was required.

Project Tasks: Consolidation in one system of managerial, operational and financial accounting became the purpose of automation of Yolochka hotel. In relation to work of hotel the following tasks were set:

• control of work of administrators;
• room reservation process optimization;
• maintaining economic statistics.

Problems of automation of restaurants:

• establishing production;
• report generation on sales;
• calculation of dishes;
• inventory of a remaining balance in warehouses;
• drawing up plan menu and order account for a banquet.

Selection of the solution:

The First BIT company, the developer of industry solutions for HoReCa with long-term experience of automation of hotel and restaurant businesses became the partner in project implementation of automation of Yolochki hotel. For solving of tasks of hotel the software solutions united in the uniform project were recommended: BIT. Hotel 8, BIT. APPETITE. Restaurant, BIT. APPETITE. Waiter. Bartender and "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Results:

According to hotel management wishes the project was performed in a short space of time. In only 13 days it was made:

• 12 jobs are automated: founder, director, chief accountant, cost accountant, IT specialist, 2 managers of armoring, 3 hotel administrators and place of the waiter/bartender
• all necessary data are entered into a system (about products, clients and so forth),
• the retail store equipment is connected
• user training is provided.

All tasks set at the beginning of the project were as a result solved:

• in one system it is made managerial, operational and accounting accounting
• the managing structure of the company receives necessary activities reports of the enterprise;
• considerably work of the cost accountant became simpler;
• customer service by waiters and bartenders and also work of hotel administrators accelerated.
