Authorities of the Tyumen region pass to the centralized IT architecture

In the Tyumen region the uniform regional resource for automation of financial and economic activity of executive authorities based on the Parus — the Budget 8 system is created. Announced this CNews in Parus Corporation. 17 regional departments participate in the project of Department of informatization of the Tyumen region.

As expected, use of architecture "the uniform server" for automation of financial and economic activity of regional departments will allow to cut down expenses both on IT infrastructure, and on service of information systems and also in general to increase quality of planning, control and efficiency analysis of expenditure of budgetary funds for regional informatization.

"Centralization of accounting processes opens new managerial opportunities as allows to perform full monitoring of activity of organizations on the basis of primary accounting information, provides comparability of indicators of activity due to unity of the used normative reference information, gives the chance to create uniform information registers, for example, the register of public services" — noted in Parus Corporation.

At the level of authorities creation of the centralized resource will provide reducing costs for operation of the systems due to reduction of amount of works connected with setup of systems in workplaces of users, regular service and updating of software products (updating is made on the server once, and all new opportunities and report forms become available to users at once).

One more feature of use of automated systems on the uniform server, according to the company, is simpler and less expensive organization of interdepartmental electronic interaction, for example, data transmission about public institutions for placement on the official site (bus.gov.ru).

Within the project it is going to implement in the centralized architecture the module "Personnel Management of Public Service" to create the platform for implementation of the uniform state HR policy in the region on the basis of the new principles, including transparent mechanisms of competitive selection, management of rotation of government employees, formation of a talent pool, monitoring of personnel potential, complex efficiency evaluation of activity of government employees of the Tyumen region.
