Summary: 1C-Rarus automated activity of Velbing company based on the solution "1C: Car service". Broad functionality of the program and also the built-in CRM system helped to increase efficiency of the enterprise and customer service quality.

Velbing is the Moscow technical center performing a full range of services in repair, diagnostics, maintenance of the cars Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota and many other brands. For business process optimization, creation of conditions for further development the company management selected "1C: Car service". The project specialists executed 1C-Rarus.

"1C: The car service" helped to adjust electronic document management, having accelerated formation of documents. The solution also allowed to raise a customer loyalty. The built-in CRM system created conditions for effective interaction at all stages of the appeal of the client to the company. A possibility of flexible pricing depending on make of the car and the carried-out works and also predesign of repair cost guarantee to clients adequate payment of labor costs and lack of "surprises" when carrying out final settlement.

"1C: The car service" became the effective assistant for the management. A system creates different financial statements, including on profit and losses, allows to perform planning. "The head's monitor" displays the complete information about activity of Velbing technical center which is required for effective management of business.
