Tatneft (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

The petrochemical holding "UK "Tatneft Neftekhim" using 1C-Rarus company completed implementation of "1C:Enterprise 8".

Prerequisites

In January, 2011 in UK Tatneft Neftekhim LLC the project of creation of the uniform corporate information system (CIS) started. The company management formulated the following tasks:

• elimination of gaps between information systems and the organizations,
• increase in cost efficiency,
• improvement of a management system.

Within the project of CIS should cover guidance loops sales and supply, production and orders, personnel, TO and repairs. It is also necessary to implement support of the uniform normative reference information, automation of regulated accounting and office-work, including intra holding transactions.

Solution

The decision on creation of an information system on the modern and multifunction platform "1C:Enterprise 8" was made, having involved for this purpose the following software products:

• "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" (ERP)
• "1C: Salary and personnel management 8 CORP" (HRM)
• "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" (ECM)
• "1C-Rarus: Process management" (BPM)

Results

The project is complete. The significant stage of creation of CIS on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is passed. As a result at the enterprises of a petrochemical complex Tatneft Neftekhim (NHK) personnel management processes, personnel records, the regulated reporting and payroll calculation on 20 thousand are automated human.

The unified information system allows to collect the reporting under all enterprises of a petrochemical complex, the consolidated statements which gathered manually earlier is automatically prepared.

Time of formation of some types of the reporting from one-two days is reduced to two minutes.

Labor productivity in OTIZ (department of work and the salary) and estimating accountants grew by 50% as documents which were processed earlier by the autsortingovy company are done now by directly contractors.

Processing speed of documents in personnel department increased twice as the majority of printed forms began to create directly in "1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP".

More than twice the speed of execution of business processes on a time recording as a result of automation of the majority of procedures of these processes grew.

The management subsystem the personnel is used by all seven hundred employees of UK "Tatneft Neftekhim".

The petrochemical complex of JSC Tatneft includes 11 enterprises: UK "Tatneft Neftekhim", "Kama Trading house, "Scientific and technological center "Kama", "Energoshinservice", Nizhnekamskshina, "Nizhnekamsk Plant of Truck Tires", Tatneft-Neftekhimsnab, "Nizhnekamsk Plant of Buses TsMK", Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod, "Nizhnekamsk Mechanical Plant", Yarpolimermash-Tatneft. For merger of companies, being in management, in the unified information system was the product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is selected. The enterprises are automated: UK "Tatneft Neftekhim", "Kama Trading house, "Scientific and technological center "Kama", "Energoshinservice", Nizhnekamskshina, "Nizhnekamsk Plant of Truck Tires", Tatneft-Neftekhimsnab, "Nizhnekamsk Plant of Buses TsMK". A system allows to conduct:

• production cost accounting,
• accounting,
• tax accounting.

Thanks to implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" specialists 1C-Rarus:
